Welcome to Next Level Elite Cheer and Dance! By enrolling in our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for classes, events, or any other services provided by Next Level Elite Cheer and Dance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Membership Commitment

- THIS IS ONLY FOR THE ELITE CHEER TEAMS. All members are required to commit to a full 10-month membership. This commitment is essential for the development of skills and team cohesion.
- Cancellations are not permitted during the commitment period, except in cases of serious emergencies or relocation out of state, with appropriate documentation.

3. Fees and Payments

- Membership fees are non-refundable. This includes all tuition, competition fees, practice wear, uniforms, shoes, bows, and any other associated costs.
- The total cost of membership includes all competition fees, tuition, practice wear, uniform, shoes, a bow, and one free tumbling class per week.
- Payments must be made on time as per the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Code of Conduct

- All members, parents, and guardians are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
- Harassment, bullying, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program.

5. Health and Safety

- Participants must disclose any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate in cheer and dance activities.
- Next Level Elite Cheer and Dance reserves the right to request a physician’s clearance for any participant with a serious medical condition.

6. Media Release

- By participating in our programs, you grant Next Level Elite Cheer and Dance the right to use photographs, videos, and other media of you or your child for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.

- Your phone number will be used exclusively to send you messages you have opted to receive based on your consent. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

7. Liability Waiver

- Participants and their guardians acknowledge that cheerleading and dance involve inherent risks. By enrolling, you agree to release and hold harmless Next Level Elite Cheer and Dance, its coaches, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during participation in our programs.

8. Changes to Terms

- Next Level Elite Cheer and Dance reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued participation in our programs after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State]. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of [Your State].
