Refund Policy

At Next Level Elite Cheer and Dance, we strive to provide the highest quality training and support for our athletes and dancers. To ensure clarity and understanding regarding our financial commitments, we have established the following refund policy:

**1. Non-Refundable Fees:**
All membership fees, tuition, competition fees, and related costs are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for classes, uniforms, practice wear, shoes, and any other associated expenses. Once payment is made, it is considered final.

**2. Commitment Period:**
Members are required to commit to a full 10-month membership. This commitment is essential for the development of skills and team cohesion. As such, we do not offer refunds for early withdrawal or cancellation of membership during this period.

**3. Exceptional Circumstances:**
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
   - A serious medical condition that prevents participation (documentation required).
   - Relocation out of state (documentation required).

Requests for refunds under these circumstances must be submitted in writing to the management team and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

**4. Class Transfers:**
If a member is unable to attend a class, they may be allowed to transfer to another class within the same month, subject to availability. However, this does not constitute a refund.

**5. Communication:**
We encourage open communication regarding any concerns or questions about our policies. Please feel free to reach out to our management team for clarification or assistance.

**6. Acknowledgment:**
By enrolling in Next Level Elite Cheer and Dance, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this refund policy. Your commitment to our program is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to supporting you in your cheer and dance journey.
