Cancellation Policy
Next Level Elite Cheer and Dance **Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, and Terms & Conditions** Cancellation Policy Class Cancellation by Next Level Elite: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be notified at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Makeup classes will be offered or credits issued. * Cancellation by Student: If a student wishes to cancel enrollment before the session begins, a written notice must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the start date for a full refund (minus any registration fees). Cancellations less than 7 days before the session or after the session has started are subject to the refund policy below. * No-Show Policy: Classes missed by the student will not be refunded or credited. *Refund Policy * Pre-Session Refunds: Full refunds (minus a $20 registration fee) are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the first class. * During the Session: Refunds will not be issued for classes missed once the session has started. If a student withdraws mid-session, no prorated refunds will be provided. * Medical Exceptions: Refunds or credits may be considered for medical reasons if a doctor’s note is provided, subject to management approval. * Special Circumstances: In case of extended illness, injury, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact the administration to discuss options. *Terms and Conditions 1. Registration and Payment: Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment or payment plan arrangements are completed. We accept cash and most debit/credit cards. 2. Code of Conduct: Students and guardians agree to respect instructors, staff, other students, and facility property. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from class without refund. Health and Safety: Students should inform instructors of any medical conditions or injuries prior to participating. Next Level Elite Cheer and Dance is not liable for injuries sustained during class participation. Photography and Media: By enrolling, students and guardians consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during classes or events for promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted. Liability Waiver: Participation is at the student’s own risk. Next Level Elite Cheer and Dance, its staff, and instructors are not responsible for loss, injury, or damages incurred during participation.
