About the event

Fundamentals of Cheerleading Class

This class will cover the basics of cheerleading, including:

  • Basic Arm Motions: Learn the foundational arm movements that are essential for cheerleading routines.

  • Jumps: Practice various types of jumps to enhance your performance and showmanship.

  • Tumbling: Develop basic tumbling skills that are integral to cheer routines.

  • Choreographed Dance: Work on choreographed dance sequences to complement cheers and stunts.
